Pricing
At Aboud's we try to remain very flexible in menu pricing. We consider many things, from the menu selected, extent of service desired, and number of guests attending to the time and date of each event, in an effort to give each group the fairest price possible. Please communicate, fully and promptly, and changes in needs, which may arise after the original booking of your event. Parties, which decrease significantly in size after the original booking may be, assessed a slightly higher per person menu price that originally quoted.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This money will be applied toward your final bill.
• Wedding Events
A deposit of 25% of the projected total is required to confirm all wedding events (unless special arrangements have been made). The following are guidelines for cancelling a wedding event:
1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2. Deposits will be refunded as follows:
    a. You will receive a full refund of your deposit if notice is received at least 365 days prior to your event.
    b. You will receive 75% of your deposit if notice is received 181 to 364 days prior to your event.
    c. You will receive 50% of your deposit if notice is received 90 to 180 days prior to your event.
    d. The total deposit will be forfeited if you cancel 90 days or less prior to your event.

• General Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to confirm the event (unless special arrangements have been made). The following are guidelines for cancelling an event:
1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2. Deposits will be refunded as follows:
    a. You will receive a full refund of your deposit if notice is received at least 91 days prior to your event.
    d. The total deposit will be forfeited if you cancel 90 days or less prior to your event.

Payments
All payments are expected at the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements have been made with Aboud's management. Any discrepancies in the charges should be identified at the conclusion of the event.

Guarantees
Tentative counts are required 10 days advance. A final billable count is due 72 hours in advance. It is the responsibility of the person planning the event to contact us. If no guarantee count is received by the required date, the original guest count, taken at the time of booking, will be considered the final billable count. Parties having attendance which exceed their final count will be billed for the number of people served.

We give each event our undivided attention to insure that you receive quality, quantity, and service, which we feel is second to none.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to all total bills. 15% gratuity may be added depending on the type of service required.
